The referral fee is only applicable for NEW broadband applications & for those who have successfully signed up & installed with us. • It is a one-time payment. • The rate will be based on Package Value multiplied by 100%. For example: The customer signed up for TIME 1Gbps, 24 Months contract @ RM199, and you will be getting RM199.

The Introducer Bonus is only applicable to the NEW referrer in our company & to those who have successfully referred a client & signed up with us. • It is a one-time payment. • The rate will be fixed at RM50/ person. Example: You introduce your colleague Ms ABC to use our service. Once we have closed the deal with Ms ABC's client, you will earn RM50.

• If you're new to us, you will receive a guide from us to fill up your bank details when your payment is ready. • We will arrange the payment by using an online bank transfer. • Commission (Introducer Bonus or Referral fee) will be released to you after 7- 14 calendar days once the installation was completed. • Payout date will be on every 2nd & 4th weekend of the month. • You will then receive a payment voucher via email once the payment is released.

Apart from the referral programme, we're looking for broadband agent to join us, you will be getting special rates of commission & agent portal you're in this stage. We offer high commission rates for broadband registration up to 210 % (multiple by package value). Eg: TIME 1Gbps @ RM199 month x 210% = RM418.00 commission.
